Day 1: Welcome! Please make sure you check in by 10 am. Retreat warming up: the neuroscience behind mental resilience.

Day 2: Brain & body balance, land and sea - Individual coaching sessions and resilience surf experience.

Day 3: Boundaries, Challenges & Connection - Brain-body exercises & breathwork to release stress, improve awareness and connection. Team building activities.

Day 4: Stress Management & Coping strategies - Personalised training/coping actions for life and resilience surf experience.

Day 5: Transition Group session & departure - Collection of tools and insights to carry forward.*

*After 3 months, online check-in session with the group.
