  • "As a psychologist, my passion lies in helping people remove the obstacles that stand between them and their deepest longings. I love guiding individuals to face their fears in a safe space, watching as they move forward with bravery, overcome setbacks, and realize, “Hey, I can!”

    As people work through their fears, I get to see them gain confidence in handling tough situations. They learn that they can get through things that once seemed scary and start to grow in ways they hadn’t thought possible. By fostering resilience and helping reduce the fear that holds them back, they reconnect with what really matters—whether it’s building stronger relationships, pursuing long-held goals, or feeling more in control of their life.

    Working with people from all over the world has made me humble. I stay curious about the unique story each person carries, and I help them piece together their puzzle in a way that makes sense to them.

    Spending 5 days with people really makes me see people in the group and individually.

Jeannette Bock is a certified NIP psychologist, therapist in Amsterdam center, founder of private practice Counseling Amsterdam, former Aussie expat, and inventor of Two Minute Therapy. 

After gaining various experiences in the field of psychological research and practice, Jeannette decided to move back to Amsterdam to start her own private practice. Together with Louis, Jeannette helps other expats with their unique wholesome approach.

With Jeannette, you’ll uncover and explore root causes in a safe and relaxed environment. Together you’ll openly talk about impactful relationships and lay a healthy foundation that you can build on.

With her passion for connection she organises Women group events to practice together how to balance emotions, hormonal fluctuations and stress and share stories.

Louis Wijdenbosch is a Psychomotor Therapist and former top judoka and Olympic coach.

With over 25 years of coaching experience and a multifaceted background in exercise science, psychomotor science, and physical therapy, his mission is to elevate resilience and optimize performance.He designed Brain body training at his brainbodyinstitute .

His journey began as a top judoka at the highest level, culminating in winning the Olympic Coach Award as a national coach.

From martial arts, breathwork to meditation, his down-to-earth exercises will bring out your inner strength, in a fun light-hearted way. And you don’t need to be an athlete to do them!

Expect to learn more about yourself: your coping mechanisms, your limits, your capabilities, and find out how strong you truly are. In a nutshell, our combined approach will have a lasting effect and empower you to live your best life. Both physically and mentally.
