Our groundbreaking Resilience Training Retreat is an antidote to stressful, modern life. It offers a unique blend of neuropsychology, psychomotor therapy, somatic exercises, top sport insights, and specially designed resilience surfing sessions to help you make lasting improvements in your life. Jeannette Bolck and Louis Wijdenbosch from Counseling Amsterdam have created an integrated program that delivers improvements in both brain and body health. Working in tandem, these top experts combine their more than two decades of healthcare experience in psychological and physical coaching. 

Our retreat is designed to offer you an integrated approach to mental health and general well-being, by helping you build emotional and physical resilience. Our carefully develop 5 day program includes:

  • Personal psychological assessments and trajectory

  • Individual and group coaching sessions

  • Stress resilience activities: wholesome brain-body experiences in nature

  • Practical tools for professional and personal use: setting boundaries, regulating nervous system, connecting brain and body

  • The opportunity to enjoy the relaxing and extensive grounds of Quinta Raposeiros, a true paradise by the sea

  • Delicious and nutritious food carefully selected by chef Paula Galvanini from Foodforsoul

  • Nervous System Selfcare session By Louis and Giulia (our guest massage therapist)

  • An additional touch base session after 3 months
